Hello! I’m Sammantha Cicivizzo, founder of SAMI. After more than 20 years in the international business world and 4 years managing Airbnb properties, I decided to turn my passion into a mission. SAMI was born from the desire to provide a service with structure, heart, and complete integrity.

About the Founder
Hi! I’m Sammantha Cicivizzo, founder of SAMI. I’ve always been a corporate woman — with a degree in International Business and Management and over 20 years of experience working in major global companies. But SAMI was born from something far more personal: a true passion.
The journey began when I invested in my first property in the Dominican Republic and started hosting on Airbnb. The incredible reviews from guests — describing how special and cared for they felt, often calling me a unique host — deeply moved me. Soon after, other property owners began approaching me to see if I’d help manage their properties for a small percentage. I started with one, then another… and before I knew it, I was managing multiple homes.
Over time, I saw how grateful these owners were to have someone they could truly trust. They had peace of mind knowing their investment was in good hands — consistently generating income, staying fully booked, and being cared for as if it were my own. That feeling — of helping both guests and property owners — is what inspired me to officially launch SAMI: a company built on Service, Attention, Management, and International vision, where every detail matters and every person is treated like family.
